properties

  • ready-to-use repairing mortar, needs only to be mixed with water
  • reduces the penetration of CO2 and humidity (anti-carbonation), to great extent impermeable to oil and water, at the same time provided with large reserves of alkali, active protecting the reinforcement against corrosion
  • soft plastic consistence while processing with dense-flow wet-spraying method and very good firmness in vertical and overhead surfaces when applied by hand or sprayed
  • allows the vapour diffusion, high frost and de-icing salt resistance
  • supplied as system comprising the following components:
  • RM02 CORROSION PROTECTION AND BONDING BRIDGE
  • CM20 CONSTRUCTIVE MORTAR (PCC/SPCC) (0-2,0 mm)
  • MS05 PCC FILLER / PUTTY (0-0,5 mm)

fields of application

  • concrete repair, pre-stressed concrete and reinforced concrete with constructive addition of mortar, both sprayed and hand-spread (MAWO-PAGEL DENSE-FLOW WET-SPRAYING PROCESS)
  • repair of pillars damaged by chloride for restoring the bearing capacity in parking houses and underground garages
  • strengthening of damaged parts of reinforced concrete
  • increasing of the coating of the reinforcement of concrete, for improving the fire resistance (material class A1, non-flammable)
  • concrete repair on inland and sea waterways according to the BAW, Federal Bureau for Hydraulic Construction, ZTV-W LB 219 (PCC/SPCC)
